Free Trial Program

Our free trial program is customized to meet your needs. The free trial is intended to give you ample time to adequately test our services and make sure they are right for you. We provide you with a free trial credit of $50 which is about 5 hours of testing time. If you need more time, let us know and we will gladly extend it.

To sign up for your free trial please click here. Shortly after you sign up, you will receive an email containing your entry codes and instructions. You are then ready to conference with MeetingBridge.

As part of the free trial, we recommend that you perform the following steps to experience our services first hand and to feel comfortable that they are right for you.

  1. Log on to the web conferencing service. After you receive your "Personal Conference Room is ready" email, log on to our web conferencing service as a Host using your Chair and Participant codes. (See 'Web Conferencing" on our Quick Start page for details.) Become familiar with the features:
    • Read the instructions on the first page. They explain how to load and show PowerPoint presentations and to share applications running on your desktop.
    • Look at the Host toolbar and move your cursor over each icon. A tool tip will explain the purpose of each icon.
    • Load a presentation and flip through it.

    Refer to Web Conferencing On-line Help or contact us at (888) 723-1200 Option 1 if you have any questions. In a matter of minutes you will be ready to go.

  2. Conduct a session. Line up 2 computers side by side or conference with a colleague to conduct a mini session. Then you can evaluate the service from both a Host and a Guest perspective. Evaluate the speed of the transmissions. Try the various features that are important to you.
    • Load and show PowerPoint slides
    • Use the Pointer
    • Share applications on your desktop
    • Setup and conduct a Poll
    • Pass control back and forth
    • Raise your hand
    • Lob Chat questions
  3. Invite others. Once you feel comfortable with the interface, click on the 'Create a New Invitation' link on your 'My Account' page and use our Invitation/RSVP feature to invite some guests.
    • Experience how easy it is to get a session going.
    • See how our unique RSVP feature lets you know who will be attending the session.
    • Walk through a presentation and get feedback from key people in your organization.
    • Dial *0 to talk to one of our operators.
  4. Try our event management tool. Click on the 'Manage Webinars' link on your 'My Account' page to set up a branded event, including:
    • A Landing Page to describe your event.
    • Select custom registration fields to gather key information from your registrants.
    • Test your process. See the branded confirmation page and reminder email with a calendar link.
    • Review your online report of registrants.
    • Notice that your logo is prominent in all communications.

  5. Resources. Click the resources link at the bottom of this page for more guides and help.
  6. More Users. Set up other Users to see how easy the Administrative interface is.
