Event Service Options

Introduction

Use of our event management tools is free. You may wish to use our event specialist to help you. We are happy to help where needed. Our event specialist can help you with all aspects of your event.

Below is an outline of some of the services we offer.

Event Setup
Landing Page Setup Assistance.

For most events, the registration page provides sufficient detail and is all you need for your event. We have a Landing Page option that provides a convenient way to offer multiple dates and times of a session on the same topic. From this page, people can sign up for the session that best meets their schedule.

You can also use a Landing Page to provide additional event information. For example, you may want to include a detailed agenda, a list of prerequisites, links to background information and perhaps the picture and bio of the speakers. With our event management tools, you can easily produce a customized landing page integrated with your registration process and branded with your logo and styles.

We are also happy to setup a custom Landing Page for you for $150.

Master Landing Page Setup Assistance.

A Master Landing Page is used to provide a single link to multiple events. It generally contains summary descriptions of each event and links to the respective event Registration or Landing Pages. In this way, you can provide a single URL to summarize and provide access to all of the events in your program. Our tools enable you to easily set up and maintain Master Landing Pages with links to landing pages, registration pages or other custom pages in effect creating a branded micro web site at no cost.

We are also happy to setup and maintain your custom Master Landing Pages. The cost is $150 to setup a Master Landing Page and $25 per internal link.

Survey Setup and Reporting.

With our survey tools, you can set up pre event and post event survey questionnaires. Question types include multiple choice, select all that apply, rating scale, and fill in the blanks. Questionnaires are completed online and answers are accumulated and summarized as the questionnaire is completed. Pre event surveys are completed as the registrant completes the registration form. Post event survey requests can be sent to all registrants, all attendees, or no-shows.

Summary, detailed and by person reports are available that provide up-to-the-minute survey results.

We are happy to set up your survey for $150 per questionnaire. Surveys can be copied and reused on future events.

Custom E-Mail.

The system automatically sends confirmation e-mails and reminder e-mails to registrants a day before the session. You can also send a reminder e-mail on an ad hoc basis. The system includes an e-mail template to send surveys. The system also has the ability to send custom e-mails to registrants, attendees and no-shows. These are ideal for post event communications

Our event specialist can set them up for you for $25 per email blast.

Event Documents.

It is often useful to deliver important documents to your audience either before or after your session. Examples are copies of the presentation, white papers, news articles, promotional brochures, user guides, affidavits, résumés, bios etc. With our Documents feature, you can easily upload any document to our server and receive a link to the uploaded document. This link can then be used on any of our pages, confirmations or emails providing your registrants with easy access to download the documents. Use of this feature is free.

We are happy to load the documents for you for $25 per upload.

Event Marketing and Promotion
Branded webinar invitation.

With our invitation tool, it is easy to setup a professionally branded email with links to your event landing page or registration page. It also includes an opt-out provision and referral links. Our tool automatically personalizes the email with the invitee’s first name from your list.

Our event specialist will be happy to prepare your invitation for $150.

Email List Loading.

You can easily load your email list to our server. You can then send the customized invitation to your lists using your email server and domain. This increases delivery rates and helps avoid spam issues.

Our event specialist will be happy to load your lists and send your invitations for $75 per mailing, including test emails.

Email Delivery.

You may set up and use your own email server and domain to send your emails. If your server or ISP has unworkable restrictions on the number of emails you can send, we can provide an email server for you. You can deliver about 1,500 emails per hour on our server.

The cost is $150 per blast up to 10,000 emails and $25 per 5,000 email increments.
