Web Conferencing Options Kit Installation

Most MeetingBridge Web Conferencing users can conduct and attend sessions with nothing more than a browser and an internet connection. Installing the Options Kit can enhance the experience for some users. The Options Kit includes the following components:

  • Internet Explorer Conferencing Add-on. Recommended for presenters who plan on using application sharing with Internet Explorer on a Windows computer.
  • FireFox Conferencing Plugin. Recommended for presenters who plan on using application sharing with Firefox on a Windows computer.
  • Outlook Conference Scheduling Add-in. Recommended for presenters who wish to use Microsoft Outlook's group scheduling feature to invite attendees to MeetingBridge Web Conferences. You should close Outlook before installing this Add-in. 

To install the Options kit, click the Download Options link button below. Follow the prompts to install one or more of the components.:

Sun Microsystems JVM. Application sharing also requires Java Virtual Machine from Sun Microsystems. Whether or not you plan on using Application Sharing, you should consider downloading the most current version of Sun's JVM. To visit Sun's JVM download page, please click here.
