Web Conferencing Options Kit Installation
Most MeetingBridge Web Conferencing users can conduct and attend sessions with nothing
more than a browser and an internet connection. Installing the Options Kit can enhance
the experience for some users. The Options Kit includes the following components:
- Application Sharing. Recommended
for presenters who plan on using our application sharing feature.
- Outlook Integration. Recommended
for presenters who wish to use Microsoft Outlook's group scheduling
feature to invite attendees to MeetingBridge Web Conferences.
To install the Options kit, click the Download Options link button below. Follow
the prompts to install one or more of the components.:

Sun Microsystems JVM. Application
sharing also requires Java Virtual Machine from Sun Microsystems. Whether or not
you plan on using Application Sharing, you should consider downloading the most
