Web Conferencing Options Kit Installation
Most MeetingBridge Web Conferencing users can conduct and attend sessions with nothing
more than a browser and an internet connection. Installing the Options Kit can enhance
the experience for some users. The Options Kit includes the following components:
- Internet Explorer Conferencing Add-on.
Recommended for presenters who plan on using application sharing
with Internet Explorer on a Windows computer.
- FireFox Conferencing Plugin.
Recommended for presenters who plan on using application sharing with Firefox
on a Windows computer.

Outlook Conference Scheduling Add-in. Recommended for presenters who wish to
use Microsoft Outlook's group scheduling feature to invite attendees to MeetingBridge
Web Conferences. You should close Outlook before installing this
Add-in.
To install the Options kit, click the Download Options link button below. Follow
the prompts to install one or more of the components.:

Sun Microsystems JVM. Application
sharing also requires Java Virtual Machine from Sun Microsystems. Whether or not
you plan on using Application Sharing, you should consider downloading the most
